Francesco Mannoni, known by everyone as Cecchino, and Isabella Ogno got married in the church of Santa Teresa di Gallura in 1962. In those years, they were really proud of their four children and their great passion: cooking recipes for others. In 1978 they opened the Ristorante da Thomas with a single purpose in mind: a daily commitment of love and good humour.There are now six children, four of whom Thomas, Simone, Roberto and Marcello renew this family passion every day. Tradition, passion, family, taste and conviviality: these are the ingredients that make up this great friendly local restaurant.
