Since 1978, the sea within

Since 1978 we are specialised in seafood cuisine, We mainly deal with local catch: John Dory, Red Scorpionfish, Dentex, Umbrine, Grouper, Red Scorpionfish, Lobster, Crayfish, Octopus.


The king of the room is our saltwater aquarium that hosts, when available, Blue Lobster, Lobster, local Sea Goatfish, caught in our Sea and provided by the small fishing boats from which we supply.

Crudités

Restaurant by Thomas also offers a wide selection in crudités:


Scampi, Red Prawn, a wide variety of oysters, sea truffles, razor clams, carpaccio and tartare.


We also feature prime cuts of meat, Red Sardinian Beef and Sardinian Lamb and Sheep.
