Experience, passion, and respect for tradition have always characterised Restaurant Da Thomas. For 46 years, we have worked with respect for the products of our land and sea.

Fresh fish, crudités, prime cuts of meat, revisited traditional dishes, and high-quality ingredients. They characterise our menu, which follows the seasonality with off-menu proposals and evergreen dishes that we bring with us, year after year, since the times when Cecchino and Isa, our parents, founded the restaurant in 1978.

We are the third generation of a great family, always in Santa Teresa Gallura, passionate, ambitious, and constantly striving for perfection in what we do: Quality catering.

For 46 years, typical seafood cuisine

Restaurant from Thomas was born in 1978, from the love and complicity of Francesco Mannoni, affectionately known as Cecchino, and Isabella Ogno, married since 1962.

Their love originates in Santa Teresa Gallura, and in the same city, they decide to share with the citizens and tourists their passion for Sardinian cuisine and gastronomic tradition, giving life to Restaurant from Thomas, now managed by their four children, always attentive to renew, every day, the ancient passion dedicated to Sardinian cuisine with the preparation of seafood specialties of unparalleled authenticity.
